With our invited distinguished panel of experts, SGMT Symposium invites you to share the latest in music therapy practice, theory and research at the upcoming 1st Special Education Music Therapy Conference in Singapore this September!
Music therapists and their collaborators - Early Childhood and SPED educators, AHP, Counselors, Psychologists
Please provide the following:

On a cover sheet:
1. Name of presenter(s)
2. Contact person’s address, phone number and e-mail address.
3. Title of Presentation (12 words maximum).
4. Description (up to 200 words)
5. Will there be demonstration, experiential or video/media (please have appropriate consent)
6. Specific audiovisual needs.
* Do note that guitar, keyboard and simple hand percussion may be available (please specify needs). Other instruments will need to be brought by the presenter. -
Attach a resume or curriculum vitae for each presenter, with a list of 2-3
past presentations, if any.

- Registration for SPEDMT Conference will start June 15, 2016.
- Early bird till July 31st, 2016. Registration details will be provided in June.
- Only successful abstracts will be notified by August 10, 2016.
